The
House |
 |
Located
just next door to the theatre, the 1920’s
gambrel-style artist’s residence provides
all the comforts of a warm, country home.
|
A
wood burning stove animates the spacious living
room and warms the house throughout winter, and
the constant activity of the large, adjacent
kitchen fills the house an endless variety of
tempting aromas. A library containing hundreds
of plays, fiction, and non-fiction ranging from
the technical to the esoteric also functions
as a small conference room, and a high speed
internet connection and WiFi ensures that all
guests of NACL can access the web at any time. |
|
|
There
are three bathrooms in the house and a large,
antique bathtub in which to steep and pamper
your body, as well as an outdoor shower to
enjoy on warm summer days. |
Each
bedroom has its own sink, and has been uniquely
decorated to give it a sense of simple comfort
and familiarity. The rooms are set up either
for single or double occupancy, furnished with
single, double or queen sized beds, dressers,
and desks, not to mention natural light and picturesque
views. |
|
 |
For those looking to escape
the solitude of their bedroom, the wrap around
porch equipped with hammocks and cushy couches
offers the perfect venue for communal reclining. |
